About the Team
The Reston Masters Swim Team (RMST) is an adult swim team based in Reston, Virginia and operates under the Potomac Valley Local Masters Swimming Committee which is part of United States Masters Swimming (USMS).
Open Water Swimming in Reston
The Jim McDonnell Lake Swims are hosted by the Reston Masters Swim Team in Lake Audubon, Reston. The 1 and 2 mile swims are held each year on Memorial Day weekend. The swims have been running since 1988.
Our Achievements
Reston Masters is a full-service swim team whose members participate in meets at the local, regional, national, and international level. Many triathletes and fitness swimmers find this focused team and dedicated coach provide an ideal training environment.
